We were waiting for a while and when it was my son’s turn the only hairdresser open pretended to clean her station for a long time and as soon as another hairdresser became available the first went to the customer that was assigned the slot after us. In short we had to wait longer so she could work with her preferred customer.

What can I say.... ERICA ROCKS!!! Not only does she cut great hair, she has a great personality and entertains along the way :) Not to mention that the other girls are just as great!!! They truly make you have an enjoyable experience!

Been a long time customer of Sport Clips. Over the last 1.5 years, I got my hair cut by Tammi and a few others. Always been great! Tried a couple of times this year, but got frustrated with the unprofessional behavior so I walked out prior to getting a cut. Today, I was in a bind and just needed to get a cut because my new regular was off. Went back to try one more time and Theresa cut my hair. I was hardly greeted and, although I tried to make conversation, she was stale. The entire place was totally silent with 4 stylists working. Worst cut ever too! Someone else mentioned moving through people to get to the next and that is exactly how I felt. I came home and trimmed a bit because Theresa did such a poor job. I will need to go back to my new regular in a couple of weeks to fix me up. Too bad as I really liked this place. I feel like management changed and so did the service level.
